Lizzie was appointed to the Board in January 2019. She is Chair of the People and Governance Committee and the Board Champion for Equality and Diversity.

Lizzie has worked in various sectors including retail, automotive, start-up ventures, care and social enterprise.

Specialising in organisational development, Lizzie has a strong background in strategic change and transformation with a focus on organisational culture and employee experience. She is currently the Chief People Officer for Pendragon PLC and combines her role with a commitment to social purpose.
