Board Member

Craig works for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as the Director of Estates, responsible for the largest commercial property portfolio in the Civil Service. Craig’s work has seen him lead Asset Management and Compliance Teams, and he has in-depth knowledge of property, asset management and building safety. In Craig’s current and previous roles, he has had leadership responsibility for sustainability.

Craig’s experience is complemented by his academic and professional qualifications, having a MBA in Construction and Real Estate, a MSc in Health and Safety Management and being a Chartered Member of Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and a Fellow of the Institute of Facilities and Workplace Management.

As well as being a Board Member, Craig is the Board Environmental Champion and sits on our Development Committee.
