Rent a home
We have around 22,000 homes to rent across the Midlands, from one bedroom flats to larger family houses, as well as accommodation for customers aged 55 and over.
Join our housing register
You may be able to join our housing register. This depends on your housing need and if we have an open waiting list for you to join. You can check your eligibility for our housing register via our eligibility questionnaire.
Please note, we currently have a very high demand for our homes and waiting times are significantly long.
Apply through your local council
We are not part of the council. Your local authority manages their own housing list which is completely separate from ours and will have different eligibility criteria. Councils will nominate people on their housing list to homes owned by local housing associations in the area, which means you could have access to more homes other than those owned by whg.
Walsall Council does not own any social housing but has its own housing register. This will give you access to homes owned by all the social landlords in the borough.
Over 55?
Our wellbeing homes are dedicated developments designed to help you live life to the full for longer, with access to extra support should you need it. To find out more, sign up to our housing register, If you are already a whg customer you can speak to your Community Housing Officer for more information.
Buying a home could be more affordable than you think
Shared ownership is an ideal way for first-time buyers to purchase a share in a new property. We have homes for sale in many locations across the Midlands.
