Neighbourhood Impact Officers
Our Neighbourhood Impact Officers, or NIOs for short, support the smooth running of your building and local area and are easily identified by their green tops. They will work with you to help tackle issues like fly-tipping and antisocial behaviour, keeping the areas you live clean and safe.
Community Housing Officers
Our Community Housing Officers, or CHOs, work out and about on your estate sharing information about services that could benefit you. Each area has its own CHO. This means they know the area and the local community really well and can often support you with your tenancy.
Money and bills
Our Money and bills service is a team of qualified experts who offer a professional and confidential advice. From debt management and crisis help to benefits claims and budgeting our friendly expert team are here to help.
Social Prescribers
Our Social Prescribers can work with you to improve your health and wellbeing. They will find ways to support by connecting you to activities, groups, and services in your community.
Wellbeing officers
Wellbeing officers work in our over 55s schemes. They are on site Monday to Friday and check-in on customers, organise free activities, answer queries, and provide support and advice when needed.
Community Champions
We have Community Champions working to support customers in areas such as jobs and training or health and wellbeing.
Champions are customers just like you who understand issues you may be facing.
Customer Voice Team
Our Customer Voice Team are here to listen to your views and help you shape and influence the services you receive from us. They run events in the community, as well as organise lots of activities where you can feedback on our services.
Repairs Team
Our skilled repairs team is dedicated to keeping your home in good condition. They carry out a range of repairs, from electrical work to heating issues.
The maintenance team also includes electricians and gas engineers who carry out regular checks to keep you safe. They test whg-installed gas appliances in your home every year and carry out an electrical safety check every few years to make sure everything is working correctly.
Customer Services
Our Customer Services Team handle customer enquiries that come through by telephone, email, social media and more.
They also provide face to face service on our reception desk.
