Our performance: Tenant Satisfaction Measures

We have just published the first year of our Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) results, showing how we have performed over the last 12 months in a number of key areas. TSMs have been introduced by the government as part of new regulation to assess how effective housing providers are at delivering good quality homes and services. They show you how we compare to other social landlords and also help us understand where we need to improve.

The results show that 70% of whg customers are satisfied with the overall services we provide. You feel safe in your homes and say we treat you fairly and with respect.

We know from the results that you are mostly concerned with outstanding repairs and response times, as well as how we address antisocial behaviour and complaints.

We are working hard to improve our services. We know we don’t always get things right and when that happens we want to sort it out. You can read more about changes we’ve made in response to your feedback in the full report.
